Michael Hooks Jr., the former Memphis School Board member who played a prison guard in the film Hustle & Flow may have an opportunity to do some retroactive character study. Hooks was indicted this morning partially on charges relating to the Tennessee Waltz. Hooks stands accused of conspiracy to embezzle property valued over $5000, and of making false statements to the FBI.
